We wish to inform you that EU Regulation 2016/679 governs the processing of personal data relating to natural persons. Pursuant to the aforementioned Regulation, such processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your personal data and your rights.
The undersigned informs you that for the establishment and execution of contractual relations with you in progress it is in possession of data relating to you, acquired also verbally, directly or through third parties, qualified as personal by the aforementioned Regulation.
Pursuant to Art. 13 of the GDPR, we therefore provide you with the following information:

a) Analysis of aggregate site visits for statistical purposes: the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. With regard to third-party cookies, it should be noted that the writer has adopted tools that reduce the power
identifying power of the cookies and the third party does not cross-reference the information collected with other information available to it;
b) Data provided voluntarily by the user: the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
3. Period of Data Retention
Cookies are stored on the visitor’s device for the time period foreseen for each cookie (see the Cookie policy page for more information).

The provision of data is compulsory insofar as it is necessary for the purposes outlined above.

With regard to the data itself, your company may exercise the rights provided by Articles 15 (access), 16 (rectification), 17 (cancellation), 18 (limitation), 20 (portability) and 21 (opposition) of the Regulation.
